Drew's 9th Birthday

So almost a month late but better late than never, right? Drew turned 9 on July 22nd and I am still trying to figure out where the time went! He has become such a good young man. He has a personality that everyone he meets is attracted to. He is an amazing athlete at every sport he tries. His loves right now are skateboarding and football. He loves mom's cooking and he loves to cook with and for mom. I do not know really how to describe my little boy because he is exactly who he is supposed to be and that is not really anything you can put into words. We love you Drew!

Blackman Visit

For the second week of July we had the fortune of having the Blackman 4 with us for a whole week. That same week the entire French Fries came down with 5th Disease, yes it is a real thing and we were all sick. With that being said, I did not take many pictures since I felt like crud all week. I did snap a few in the moments before Jim and Jenn picked them up.

Dirt Fun

We went to our friends, Rick and Jen, and the kids had a great time playing on the lawn mower. However by the time they were done...they were filthy. Oh and the last pic of Drew is him being his normal crazy self!

First Beach Trip of 2008

Winter Jam 2008

I took the kids to the Winter Jam 2008 concert this month. They had PureNRG, Group 1 Crew, Mandisa, Newsong, Skillet, Barlow Girl, & Mercy Me all in the same place. We had a great time minus the 3 hour wait in line, the temper tantrums, the nosebleeds, and the fact that it was a long concert. It had a different type of music that each one of the kids liked. Needless to say they all want to go back next year but I think I will take Burton.

Happy Birthday Daniel!!!

Well today is the day Daniel turns 3 years old. When did this happen? Where did the time go? What happened to my "Baby Daniel"? I am so amazed everyday to see this baby who is already turning into such a boy and who will one day be a man. He has such a zeal for life and has such a big heart. I do believe the one person he loves the most is his big sister Morgan. He just adores her. But then I think of the times he spends playing with his older brothers and it brings a smile to my face to think of how much he loves those boys too. I am so thankful everyday for him and the joy he brought to our family.
